Each duplex at Oaklands on the Knoll has a fully-equipped kitchen, an open-plan lounge and dining area and a guest toilet downstairs, with two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Outside there is a furnished patio with braai facilities.

A unit sleeps a maximum of four guests. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and opens onto a balcony, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Overcrowding is not permitted and carries a penalty.

Yes. Kitchens at Oaklands on the Knoll include a gas stove with an electric oven and hob, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, and coffee and tea facilities. Detergents are provided.

Housekeeping runs Monday to Saturday. There is no housekeeping service on Sundays or public holidays. Linen and bath towels are supplied, though swimming towels are not, so bring your own for the plunge pool and the beach.

Yes. Every unit at Oaklands on the Knoll has covered parking and its own private entrance, inside a secure complex about 500 metres from the centre of Knysna.

Pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly units only, arranged in advance and subject to the resort’s pet policy. One pet per unit is permitted, with size and weight limits and an additional fee per stay. Pets are not allowed in the pool or activity areas.
