FAQ

The resort is at 180 Scott Street, Scottburgh, on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, roughly forty minutes south of Durban and 200 metres from Scottburgh Beach. It sits at the top of the hill above the beachfront.

Blue Marlin is 108km from King Shaka International Airport, north of Durban. The drive runs south on the N2 and takes roughly an hour and a quarter depending on traffic. Turn-by-turn directions are on this page.

Check-in at Blue Marlin is from 14:00 and check-out is before 10:00. An online check-in request is sent before arrival. If you arrive early, contact the front desk or reservations in advance to ask about an earlier check-in.

Getting Here

From King Shaka International Airport

  • Take the N2 south towards Port Shepstone  
  • Take exit 110 towards Dududu / R102 / Scottburgh  
  • At the stop street turn left onto Mill Road and follow the road to the T-junction  
  • Turn right onto the R102 and follow the road over the bridge  
  • Turn left into George Crookes Street  
  • The hotel is at the top of the hill
