Speciality dining
24 hours, every day
Dinaledi means stars in Setswana, and the evening earns the name. It opens with a handwash ritual and a welcome drink from the boma bar while the lanterns are lit. Dinner is cooked low and slow in cast iron pots over open flames and served in woven baskets. Soft drumming begins during mains and builds into a shared circle after dessert, and the guides close the night by pointing out constellations over the bush. Available to guests staying two nights or more.
