The annual reports, AGM minutes and governing documents for The Peninsula are published on this page as downloadable PDFs. They are grouped by document type and listed with the most recent year first.

The Peninsula holds separate AGMs for A-class members and for A and B-class members combined, and a separate use agreement governs B-class holdings. The distinction is set out in the Memorandum of Incorporation, which is published on this page.

Governance sits with the share block company and its directors, working to a Memorandum of Incorporation and a set of management regulations. Both documents are published on this page, along with the minutes of each annual general meeting.

A rental pool arrangement exists and is governed by a rental pool agreement and owner mandate, published on this page. Read it alongside the management regulations before signing, and raise anything unclear with the sales and owner services team.

Owner queries go to Head Office, which handles the share block administration for The Peninsula. The hotel’s reception can help with a stay booking, but agreements, levies and transfers are handled centrally.

The annual report is published each year after the financial year end, and AGM minutes follow each annual general meeting. The governing documents change only when they are formally amended and re-adopted.
