Mangwanani Dream Spa sits in the forest sanctuary below the lodge, screened by bamboo palms and tropical garden. This was the first Dream Spa the Mangwanani group opened, and the treatments draw on African healing traditions alongside contemporary technique. Where you have the treatment is part of it: four therapy rooms indoors, or outdoors on the Spa Forest Deck, the Spa Pool Deck, poolside, or in the pool cabana with the ocean in view.

Traditional African Full Body Massage, with or without hot stone therapy

The signature full-body treatment, available with hot stones worked through it.

North African Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage (Molala)

Acupressure through the head, neck and shoulders, with a choice of signature aromatic oils, calming, revitalising or nurturing.

Neo Maoto, Royal African Foot Massage

A pressure-point foot treatment with warm rose-petal water and exfoliation.

African Rungu Massage

Deep-tissue work using a wooden Rungu baton, a Maasai warrior symbol, to reach tired or painful muscle and promote lymph drainage.

Relaxation Facial

A facial with pressure-point work through the face.

After-sun recovery

Cooling aloe gel and cool towels to take heat and inflammation out of sun-exposed skin, finished with an after-sun repair lotion.

Are treatments included in my room rate?

No. Mangwanani Dream Spa is operated separately from the lodge, and treatments are booked and paid for through the spa. Ask reception to add a treatment when you book your room.
