The same rooms that run a conference in the day turn over for an awards dinner in the evening, and the bar has a standing set of nights that groups book ahead. Whatever you are marking, the resort handles the venue, the catering, the setup and the staff, and everyone stays a short walk from the door. WORKSHOPS & MEETINGS EVENTS
Two meeting rooms that open into one, fully set up with a wireless HD projector and screen, surround sound, microphones, flip charts and Wi-Fi, and catering handled by the resort’s own kitchen. Both open onto tiled patios with an outdoor braai and fire pit between them.

Yes. The versatile indoor events centre at Piekenierskloof takes up to 120 guests for a private function, set with linen, chair covers, cutlery, crockery and glassware, and served by the resort’s own staff.
Themed gala, awards and prize-giving evenings are available for groups of 80 or more, with themes including Mardi Gras, Winter Wonderland, Gold and Black Formal, Oriental, African Wild and Oscars. Décor is charged per delegate.
Per-delegate décor covers floor-to-floor table linen, chair covers, chair tie backs, centre pieces, table runners, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Draping, backdrops, lighting and a DJ can be outsourced at additional cost.
The Kloof Bar hosts quiz nights, karaoke evenings, cocktail evenings, beer and wine tastings, and a gin and rooibos tasting drawn from what the surrounding Cederberg valley grows. All of them are arranged with the resort in advance.
